Service Clubs

Sacramento Chapter’s Service Clubs are student-driven, with support from mentors and the Sacramento Chapter of Founding Forward. Club members may build their own program including activities in three primary areas – service, leadership, and civic education.

Service, Liberty, Civic Education

The Sacramento Chapter’s Service Clubs empower students to take the lead in providing community service, developing leadership skills and promoting civic education!

Community Service

Local clubs organize their own community service projects, as well as participate with other clubs in larger projects.

Leadership

Serving as club officers with the mentorship of experienced adults, students are able to develop and practice leadership skills that will empower them to assume important roles in their communities.

Civic Education

Clubs organize teams and students for activities such as the Constitution Bowl, Mock Article V Convention, and Essay Contest, and help prepare for these competitions.

Service Opportunities

Community service is an important element of our program to encourage responsible citizenship. We are pleased to refer you to the following organizations to identify service opportunities for your family, club or school group!

Valley Wide Service Club Food Drive

Nov 1-5

Help to feed those in need!

This canned food drive will take place in area schools. Students are asked to bring canned and other non-perishable food products to their schools. They will be delivered on Nov. 5.
